BuyDG.com offers refunds only under the following conditions:
A. Product Not Delivered
If you did not receive access to the purchased product or download link within a reasonable time (usually within 1 hour), you are eligible for a full refund.
B. File Corruption or Missing Files
If the product is downloaded but missing essential files, corrupted, or not opening properly, and this is verified by our support team, a full refund will be issued.
C. Product Not as Described
If the product significantly differs from the description provided on our website (e.g., key features missing or completely different content), you are eligible for a refund.
D. Non-Functionality Despite Support
If, after receiving full support from our team, the product still doesn’t function properly on your system (with proof), and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be processed.
E. Wrong Product Purchase (Within 24 Hours)
If you accidentally purchased the wrong bundle or product and have not yet downloaded the files, you may request a refund or exchange within 24 hours.
Please understand that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
A. You changed your mind after purchase.
B. You no longer need the product.
C. You don’t have the technical knowledge to use the product.
D. You purchased the product but didn’t read the description.
E. The file has been downloaded and no issue has been found.
F. You want to refund after reselling or distributing the product.
As these are digital downloadable products, once the product has been accessed or downloaded, it is generally considered non-returnable unless it meets one of the above eligibility criteria.
To request a refund:

B. Product name
C. A clear explanation of the issue
D. (Optional) Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem
(C). Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours.
If eligible, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days via your original payment method.
A. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that violate our terms or show signs of misuse or fraud.
B. Refunds will be only granted once per user per product to prevent abuse.
C. In case of bundle purchases, partial refunds are not allowed. Refunds apply to the whole bundle if eligible.
